Presidents of Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan discussed joint Investment Fund's activity
Perspectives of further development of bilateral relations in different spheres of cooperation including Kazakh-Kyrgyz investment Fund were talked over at the meeting.
In addition, the sides discussed a situation in the region, integration to the Euarsian area and issues of forthcoming summit of the SCO heads of states in Bishkek.
Nursultan Nazarbayev noted the necessity of holding such meetings.
"We sincerely wish the prosperity to fraternal Kyrgyz people. I support the work you are doing. Today the country has a stable environment, we are interested in the fact that the Kyrgyz economy has gradually evolved. For our part, we will do everything necessary to further strengthen our cooperation," the Head of State said.
In turn, the Kyrgyz President expressed gratitude for warm reception. Almazbek Atambayev noted this meeting provided the opportunity to exchange opinions on a range of key issues. Besides, according to Almazbek Atambayev, today, Kazakhstan is the fastest growing state in the region, and its experience in the field of economic change is important for the Kyrgyz Republic.
