ASTANA. KAZINFORM - The early presidential elections in Kazakhstan are fair and transparent, head of the OSCE observation mission Anatoly Vyborny told at the CCS media briefing today.

"We are concluding our work here and suming up the results now. We can state that the early presidential elections in Kazakhstan were fair and transparent," A. Vyborny said.
He also noted that the people of Kazakhstan expressed their will quite clearly and fulfilled their civic duties.
"The elections were held in accordance with the standards and norms of the national legislation of Kazakhstan and international law.
