ASTANA. KAZINFORM - Presidential decree has dismissed Gabit Baizhanov from the post of Deputy Director of the foreign intelligence service "Syrbar" and Dina Shazhenova from the office ofexecutive secretary the Ministry for Economy and Budget Planning.
