Presidential Decree approves the Day of Culture and Art and the Day of Labor

Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan

on introduction of changes and additions to the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 20, 1998 № 3827

"On Trade and other holidays in the Republic of Kazakhstan"

In accordance with the Article 4 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 13, 2001 "On Holidays in the Republic of Kazakhstan" I HEREBY DECREE:

1. Add to the Presidential Decree of Kazakhstan dated January 20, 1998 № 3827 "On Professional and other holidays in the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP Republic of Kazakhstan, 1998 , № 1, Art. 1, 2003, № 44, p. 469; 2007, № 18, p. 197, 2008, № 23, p. 212, 2009 number 32, p. 293;

2011, № 58, p. 822, 2012, № 68, p. 977, 2013, № 19, art. 316) the following amendments:

in the list of professional and other holidays in the Republic of Kazakhstan, approved by the Decree of the above:

to add paragraph 3-1 as follows:

"3-1. Day of Culture and Art - 21^st of May";

paragraph 25 to be deleted;

to add paragraph 26-1 as follows:

"26-1. Day of Labor - the last Sunday of September".

2 . This Decree shall come into force from the date of first publication.
