President urges to increase birth rate

DYKORGAN. August 4. KAZINFORM /Sandugash Duisenova/ Today Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev has accomplished his working visit to Almaty region by visiting a maternity clinic of Yessik town.
The maternity clinic was opened in 2007, according to Chief Physician of the clinic Gulnar Mamyrbayeva, and it meets all the European standards. The clinic is equipped with modern facilities for developmental care: incubators, machine for artificial lung ventilation
The clinic serves women from Yenbekshikazakhskiy, Iliyskiy, Talgar and Raiymbek districts - totally over 150 thousand people.
"We should encourage women to take care of their health. We need healthy children, it is necessary to increase the population of Kazakhstanis and the birth rate", the Head of the State said.
