President took part in SaryAgash Open 2010 golf tournament in S Kazakhstan

SOUTH KAZAKHSTAN REGION. May 24. KAZINFORM /Tatyana Pylayeva/ Head of the State Nursultan Nazarbayev participated in SaryAgash Open 2010 golf tournament, Kazinform has learnt from the Presidential press service.
The tournament took place in Sary-Agash golf club where the best golf players of Astana, Almaty and Shymkent cities competed.
"Development of regional golf in Kazakhstan opens new prospects for attraction of talented youth to playing golf which is included in 2016 Olympic Games", the press service reports.
The annual SaryAgash Open 2010 tournament is organized on the ground of the golf club in Saryagash municipality of the South Kazakhstan oblast.
Today Kazakhstan has 5 golf fields which attract more and more Kazakhstani players.
