President Tokayev congratulates Rwanda’s Paul Kagame on landslide re-election

President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev of Kazakhstan sent a telegram of congratulations to Paul Kagame who was re-elected as the President of Rwanda, Kazinform News Agency reports citing the Akorda press service.
The Head of State extended his congratulations to Paul Kagame on re-election, wishing the latter success in implementation of the initiatives aimed at ensuring wellbeing and prosperity of the nation.
