President Tokayev congratulates Hungarian PM on Saint Stephen’s Day
President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev congratulated Hungarian Prime Minister Péter Magyar and the people of Hungary on the country's National Day - St. Stephen's Day, Qazinform News Agency reports via Akorda.
In his congratulatory message, the Head of State described the holiday, rooted in Hungary's rich and distinctive cultural heritage, as a symbol of national unity, solidarity, and pride.
The President reaffirmed Kazakhstan's commitment to further strengthening the Kazakh-Hungarian strategic partnership across a broad range of areas.
Tokayev wished Péter Magyar success in his public service and the Hungarian people prosperity and well-being.
Earlier, Qazinform News Agency reported that Péter Magyar officially took office as Hungary's new prime minister after securing parliamentary approval during the inaugural session of the National Assembly.
