President signed Law “On enforcement proceedings and status of bailiffs”

ASTANA. April 2. KAZINFORM Head of the State has signed the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan On enforcement proceedings and status of bailiffs.
The Law is directed on introduction of the institute of bailiffs in the country and improvement of the current system of compulsory execution of enforcement documents.
