ASTANA. June 5. KAZINFORM. The Head of the State signed the Decree ?On measures on realization of the instructions of the Kazakh President, set at the XII Congress of ?Nur Otan? People's Democratic Party on May 15, 2009? on June 2, 2009; Kazinform refers to the press service of the President.
