President's Message gives deep analysis of last decade and strategic estimate of country's development - Senator K.Sultanov

ASTANA. January 29. KAZINFORM /Rassul Bakhamov/ "There is given a deep analysis of the last decade and strategic estimate of the country's development till 2030 in the President Nursultan Nazarbayev's Message", Senator Kuanysh Sultanov said.

K.Sultanov noted that, taking into account the tasks set earlier, the country reached great success. "We gained self-confidence over this time, and Kazakhstan established itself as a state. We reached those achievements, which were set 10 years ago", he resumed.

At the same time, taking into account the processes in the world, including the impact of the world financial crisis, there were changed claims and approaches. According to K.Sultanov, the Head of the State set tasks on introduction of new innovation technologies science absorbing industry, formation of new economic relations.

New legal relations are also needed. The President made a proposal to prepare a new law on reforming the law enforcement bodies.

"Over the past 10 years the law enforcement bodies made a lot", K.Sultanov said.

Today the Parliament is ready to start preparation of draft laws on this issue, he resumed.
