President's and PM's instructions fulfilled - Justice Minister

ASTANA. January 16. KAZINFORM. /Kanat Kulshmanov/ All instructions of the President and Prime Minister were fulfilled. Kazakh Justice Minister Rashid Tusupbekov has made it public at the Ministry's board meeting today.
The Minister noted that one of the most difficult tasks was legal provision and coordination of law drafting. Last year the Government submitted 34 draft laws for consideration of the Majilis, 5 out of them were adopted by the Head of the State.
Formation of the plan of law drafting works of the Government for 2010 is completed.
Last year the justice bodies registered about 3,000 legal acts, 740,000 acts of legal status, held 610 inspections of legal bodies and etc.
Besides, 20,000 legal entities including 12,000 small businesses were registered.
