President?s Address explicated in Ust Kamenogorsk

Special attention was paid to the discussion of the tasks outlined by the President at the XII Congress of ?Nur Otan? People?s Democratic Party. Experts, representatives of public associations and unions of veterans, energy companies and state bodies took part in the meeting. N. Aldabergenev noted that his agency monitoring activity of all natural monopolies had several priority tasks in terms of the world financial crisis. The first task is to reconstruct and modernize communal networks; the second is to continue work on energy saving which implies gradual reduction of normative losses and liquidation of excessive losses.
