President receives Almaty Mayor

ASTANA-AKORDA. June 3. KAZINFORM President Nursultan Nazarbayev has received Almaty Mayor Akhmetzhan Yessimov, the Presidential press service informs. The Almaty Mayor reported N.Nazarbayev on the situation in the city. In particular, he told about the Shanyrak micro district, where several dozen homes were flooded.
A.Yessimov informed that the city akimat determined the territory, where the new plots of land will be allocated for the flood victims. It is planned to construct compact homes, which will be provided to the residents at a minimal cost.
The President approved the activities of the city administration and gave instruction to help people, who lost homes.
