President received East Kazakhstan Governor B. Saparbayev

ASTANA. August 23. KAZINFORM Head of State Nursultan Nazarbayev has received Akim of East Kazakhstan oblast Berdybek Saparbayev, the Presidential press service informs.
B. Saparbayev reported to the President on the results of the region's socio-economic development in January-July 2010.
The parties also focused on the measures launched for liquidation of spring floods. It was noted that construction of houses and socio-cultural facilities in the region is carried out in accordance with a schedule. All projects will be put into service by winter.
The Akim also informed the President of the course of preparation for the oncoming VII Forum of Kazakhstan-Russia interregional cooperation.
