President of Kyrgyzstan solemnly handed over gold certificates to best school-leavers

BISHKEK. KAZINFORM. President Almazbek Atambayev has solemnly handed over gold certificates to best graduates of schools of the country.
66 school-leavers received gold certificates from the hands of the head of state. Besides, they received prizes and monetary awards.
Gold certificate allows school-leavers to enter any university in Kyrgyzstan without examinations.
