ASTANA. April 7. KAZINFORM President of Kazakhstan has attended the 12th session of the Boao Forum for Asia 2013.
In his speech, Nursultan Nazarbayev noted that the evolution of the development requires investments to education and science. It is necessary to intensify research and innovative work. To do this, it is advisable to develop the Asian Program of Action on the development of innovative cooperation between our countries. It will establish a powerful technological alliance in Asia.
