President of Iraq Jalal Talabani: elections results - higher estimate of country's success reached under Nazarbayev's leadership

ASTANA. April 8. KAZINFORM President of the Republic of Iraq Jalal Talabani has congratulated President Nursultan Nazarbayev on a confident victory in the presidential elections.
The Kazakh President's press service reports.
"We think that the elections results are a higher estimate of the people of Kazakhstan to the socio-economic and cultural achievements reached in the country under your leadership.
We want to confirm our readiness to expand relations between the two countries in the cultural, economic and political spheres for interests and welfare of our nations," a telegram reads.
