President Nazarbayev set the bar high with 5 institutional reforms, view

"The society does not always realize the depth and far-sightedness of the reforms proposed by the Head of State. But these reforms are crucial and need to be implemented, especially in the sphere of education and civil service. To implement these reforms, Kazakhstan needs highly skilled specialists," professor Akkushkarova told Kazinform correspondent. She stressed that nowadays youth has the opportunity to obtain decent education. "But it is up to the educators to teach youngsters how to put the knowledge into practice and upgrade their skills," she said. "Each and everyone of us should think to oneself for a moment how important it is to make contribution to the success of common cause. By doing our work well we will contribute to the prosperity, powerfulness and future of the country and to the implementation of 5 institutional reforms," professor Akkushkarova added.
