President Nazarbayev opens Nur Otan session in Astana (PHOTO)

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - Fulfillment of tasks at hand is the core of work done by the Nur Otan Party, said President Nursultan Nazarbayev opening the enlarged session of the Political Council of the Nur Otan Party in Astana on Tuesday.

The Head of State noted that the session is mainly dedicated to the results of implementation of the party's platform "Kazakhstan. Goals-2017. National plan of action". "First of all, fulfillment of tasks at hand is the core of work done by the party. We should sum up the results and report to the population. Secondly, Nur Otan Party pays utmost attention to interests of the nation and raising the well-being of the people," President Nazarbayev stressed talking about the agenda of the session. According to the President, consistency of the party's work and implementation of the pre-election plans will also be discussed at the session. "Implementation of these plans lies in the heart of long-term political leadership of the Nur Otan Party," N. Nazarbayev concluded.
