President Nazarbayev mourns death of academician Kilybai Medeubekov

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - Today President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev has sent a telegram of condolences to the family and relatives of statesman and member of the National Academy of Sciences Kilybai Medeubekov on the occasion of his untimely passing, Kazinform has learnt from the president's press service.
In the telegram the Head of State notes that Kilybai Medeubekov has greatly contributed to the development of Kazakhstan as the Chairman of the Supreme Soviet of the Kazakh Soviet Socialist Republic and outstanding scientist. "I am confident that his research and his followers will bring benefits to our country in the future," the telegram reads. The President of Kazakhstan also stressed that Kilybai Medeubekov would always be remembered by the nation.
