President Nazarbayev lauded for continued attention to industrial regions of Kazakhstan

In their message they expressed gratitude to the Head of State for his continued attention to the problems of the region and timely measures initiated to solve these problems. It was also mentioned that high hopes are pinned on the implementation of the Complex Plan on socioeconomic development of the towns of Zhezkazgan, Satpayev and Ulytau district. The letter also welcomed the decision on the construction of the Zhezkazgan-Kyzylorda and Zhezkazgan-Arkalyk highways in the region. "Construction of the Zhezkazgan-Beineu railway initiated by President Nazarbayev is of paramount importance for the province as well. That just proves how much you care for ordinary people residing there," the letter reads. The residents of Zhezkazgan, Satpayev and Ulytau district of the Karaganda region praised the decision to preserve work places and wages of a part of Kazakhmys employees. "This decision has instilled hope that Kazakhmys enterprises will continue to function in the future," the message says. In conclusion, the authors of the letter wished the Head of State good health and success and reassured they are ready to support all his initiatives.
