President Nazarbayev expressed condolences to Iran over quake

ASTANA. August 13. KAZINFORM Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev has sent a telegram of condolences to President of Iran Mahmoud Ahmadinejad over the earthquake in Iran's East Azerbaijan province, the Presidential press service said.
"It is with deep regret that we accepted the sad news about the earthquake in the province of East Azerbaijan, which caused numerous casualties.
Sharing your grief on behalf of the people of Kazakhstan and on my own behalf I express deep condolences to the families of the victims of the disaster, and to the brotherly people of Iran," the telegram reads.
