President Nazarbayev: Army is a safe shield of our sovereign state

ASTANA. May 7. KAZINFORM Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan - President Nursultan Nazarbayev has congratulated all Kazakhstanis on the Defender of the Fatherland Day.
"Army is a safe shield of our sovereign state; protecting the country is not only a sacred duty, but also a great honor for each citizen of Kazakhstan. Your service is the guarantee of Kazakhstan's independence, peace and confidence in future for every family. I once again congratulate all military men, veterans and all Kazakhstanis on the Defender of the Fatherland Day!" Nursultan Nazarbayev stressed while addressing the military parade at Otar military base.
The Head of State wished everyone good health, and military men success in their service and combat training.
"Let the 7th of May be the symbol of strength and confidence of our country," President Nazarbayev noted.
