President instructs Government to submit a draft law on People's IPO Program to Parliament

ASTANA. September 1. KAZINFORM /Askar Bimendin/ During his speech to a joint session of Kazakhstan Parliament President Nursultan Nazarbayev reminded the Government about the need to introduce a draft law on implementation of the People's IPO Program.
"The next crucial task is to establish a legal framework for the People's IPO Program that I have proposed. I would like to draw attention of the Parliament members to the social component of this project. This is an opportunity of increasing welfare of all Kazakhstanis and at the same time trust between businesses and the public," Nazarbayev said.
"In this regard, I instruct the Government in the shortest possible time to submit the draft law to the Parlaiment and I ask Parliament members to consider it," the President stressed.
