President hands out Paryz Prize to Ust-Kamenogorsk Titanium-Magnesium Plant

ASTANA. December 20. KAZINFORM President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev has handed out the highest possible award for a company or a business in Kazakhstan - Paryz Prize to "Ust-Kamenogorsk Titanium-Magnesium Plant" JSC at the awarding ceremony in Astana today.

The company sells it products to such giants as Airbus, Boeing, Rolls Royce and GE, to name a few. Chairman of "Ust-Kamenogorsk Titan-Magnesium Plant" JSC Sylvain Gehler received the award from President Nazarbayev at the event dated to the Day of Industrialization.

Special presidential prize "The best innovations in production in 2013" went to "Transnational Company "Kazkhrom" JSC (Aktobe region). According to ENRC shareholder Alexander Mashkevich, the company has implemented the largest project of the year. It constructed the KZT 111-billion ferroalloy plant in Aktobe city.

"Saryarka AvtoProm" LLP (Kostanay region) was named "The best industrial project-2013". Investments into company have totaled $100 million and is expected to produce 50 000 vehicles annually.
