President charged to draft conceptual law-making plan

ASTANA. July 10. KAZINFORM President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev charged the Parliament and Nur Otan Party to draft and submit the well-considered conceptual plan of law- making activity.
"It is essential to embrace all state agencies, governors who should put forward certain proposals to enhance efficiency of the laws in effect and scheduled development of new laws," the article by Nursultan Nazarbayev Social Modernization of Kazakhstan: Twenty Steps Towards a Universal Labor Society reads.
