President and German Gref discuss Sberbank activity

ASTANA-BOROVOE. KAZINFORM - President Nursultan Nazarbayev has met with German Gref, President, and Chairman of the Board of "Sberbank of Russia" JSC.
During the meeting, they discussed the issues of the bank's activities in Kazakhstan, its participation in various projects aimed at developing the financial and economic sector of the country, the press service of Akorda informs. Nursultan Nazarbayev and German Gref noted the positive dynamics of the banking sector development emphasizing its growing potential.
"Sberbank of Russia" OJSC is the largest bank in the Russian Federation and CIS. The founder and major shareholder of "Sberbank of Russia" is the Central Bank of the Russian Federation, which owns 50% of its share capital plus one voting share.
