Preparations for EXPO-2017 discussed in Astana

Closer cooperation between the Astana city administration and the company in organization and holding of EXPO-2017 was discussed at the meeting. Mr. Dzhaksybekov stressed both sides ‘should work in harmony.' Following results of the meeting, the sides adopted a roadmap with detailed plan of actions, including construction of the EXPO facilities, transport infrastructure, system of public transport and tourism development. The document also envisages security measures for comfort of guests, volunteers' activities and promotion of the EXPO-2017 brand.
