Preparations for combat parade continues -Kazakh Defense Ministry
Currently, the preparations of weapons and military equipment, landfill facilities are underway.
Modern samples of weapons and equipment, which nowadays are in the arsenal of Land Forces and Air Defense Forces, will be shown on May 7, 2013, at Gvardeysky garrison. At the same time, Kazakhstan's Navy will conduct combat shootings in the Caspian Sea. The shootings will be broadcast live.
Personnel of the Armed Forces of our country will demonstrate their professional level, field flight and maritime skills, coordination and collaboration of various units and formations, including reconnaissance and special forces groups.
The distinction of the Combat parade on May 7th is that there will be involved more weapons and equipment than in common military parades held earlier. For example, 86 aircrafts and helicopters will take part in the parade; the number has doubled in comparison with the military parade held on the Constitution Day of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In addition, the demonstration of new equipment, weapons and communications of Kazakhstan's military-industrial complex will be conducted in the frames of the parade.
