Preparation for SCO Summit in Astana almost finished - Sec-Gen Imanaliyev

ASTANA. June 13. KAZINFORM /Murat Zhakeyev/ Kazakh Foreign Minister Yerzhan Kazykhanov has met with a group of SCO national coordinators on the threshold of the organization's summit in Astana, SCO Secretary General Muratbek Imanaliyev told a press conference on Monday.
"This was a meaningful talk. The minister told about the readiness of the Kazakh side for the two-day summit in Astana. The national coordinators expressed their views on the progress of the preparation and activity of the National Coordinators' Council," Imanaliyev said.
According to him, Kazakhstan's SCO chairmanship is active and efficient. "Preparatory activities have almost been finished."
