Unstable weather with precipitation persists in most regions of Kazakhstan November 13, Kazinform News Agency reports.
As the met service says, heavy precipitation (rain and snow) and ice slick are expected in mountanious districts of southeastern and eastern regions.
Mostly dry weather is predicted for western regions only.
