Pollutant emissions volume decreased by 1.3% and 1.7% - Kazakh Minister of Environment

ASTANA. February 1. KAZINFORM "A pollutant emissions' volume had decreased by 1.3 and 1.7 per cent in comparison with 2011," Kazakh Minister of Environment Nurlan Kapparov informed during an enlarged session of the board of the Kazakh Ministry of Environment Protection.
"It has been reached through environmental actions' realization and by the adoption of ecologically clean technologies," N. Kapparov added.
Besides, according to the Minister junk volume index has been successfully achieved.
244 million tons of wastes were junked. Waste utilization interest made 24 per cent.
