PM warned new Pavlodar region governor of difficult times ahead

PAVLODAR. January 21. KAZINFORM /Vera Livintsova/ The Prime Minister warned a new akim of Pavlodar region that difficult times may be in the future.

As was earlier reported, yesterday, at a special session of the Maslikhat of Pavlodar region Premier Karim Massimov introduced new Pavlodar region governor Yerlan Aryn.

"I am confident that Yerlan Aryn will worthily execute instructions of the Head of State," K.Massimov said.

Yerlan Aryn, a Kazakh, was born in Almaty on September 23, 1961.

He graduated from the Kazakh State University named after C.Kirov in 1983. He knows the Kazakh, Russian and German.

The Premier urged the new governor to pay special attention to implementation of the Employment 2020 and Business Road Map programs, training of specialists, warning of hard times ahead - "there is no immunity to the crisis in the world."

The Prime Minister thanked formed governor and noted: "Bakytzhan Sagintayev headed the region in hard crisis times, but he executed President's all instructions. Now the region is developing steadily, new enterprises are put into operation."
