PM urged Transport Ministry to use market mechanisms in further work

ASTANA. January 10. KAZINFORM /Serik Sabekov/ At today's session of the board Kazakh Prime Minister Karim Massimov has charged the Ministry of Transport and Communications to reduce burden on the state budget and tap market mechanisms in further work.
As K.Massimov said, the funds allocated from the state and local budgets as well as own funds of national companies stood as an accelerator of demand development and stimulator of the whole economy during the crisis period.
However, according to the Prime Minister attraction of budget resources for construction of any facilities in the post-crisis period does not meet today's requirements. It is necessary to develop public-private partnership.
