PM to open VII Eurasian Forum KAZENERGY in Astana

ASTANA. October 1. KAZINFORM Tomorrow, October 2, Kazakh Prime Minister Serik Akhmetov will open the VII Eurasian Forum KAZENERGY themed "The world in the age of changes: formation of the sustainable energy future", official spokesman for the Kazakh Government Yerzhan Ashikbayev told a briefing.
It will bring together delegates from 50 countries of the world to focus on the role of energy in the global sustainable development, Kazakhstan's contribution to ensuring global energy security, social business responsibility, realization of Nursultan Nazarbayev's Green Bridge initiative aimed at providing conditions for green economy introduction.
The sitting of the World Petroleum Council will take place for the first time within the forum in Astana.
