PM: President's Message - plan on nation's welfare development

ASTANA. January 29. KAZINFORM /Rassul Bakhamov/ "The President's Message is a real plan of Nursultan Nazarbayev on further development of welfare of the whole nation, every family and every person", Kazakh Prime Minister Karim Massimov has said.
He announced it at the enlarged session of the Bureau of the Political Council of Nur Otan People's Democratic Party today.
In particular, K.Massimov said that "today Kazakhstan entered new decade confidently, reliably and with substantial potential. It is Kazakhstan's start for leadership. Over 18 years of independence our country achieved 'stunning' results in economy and state construction".
This made the whole world talk about 'Kazakhstan's miracle', comparing the success achieved with a jump of a snow leopard. "Kazakhstan's miracle' could be impossible without first President Nursultan Nazarbayev", K.Massimov noted.
