PM charged to increase rate of Kazakh specialists in companies with foreign participation

ATYRAU. June18. KAZINFORM/Kanat КKulshmanov/ - Today Kazakh Prime Minister Karim Massimov during his visit to Atyrau region has visited the training center of "Caspian Technical Resources" company. Issues of personnel policy in big companies with foreign equity participation under the commission of the President were discussed there.
As First Deputy Governor of Atyrau region Bolat Daukenov informed, the percentage of replacement of foreign experts by Kazakhstanis increased from 13,1% - in 2008 to 57% - in 2010 in the region.
Agreements on retraining of 2 thousand unemployed people on specialities occupied by foreign specialists were signed under the Road Map with 20 companies attracting foreign labor.
In this regard, K. Massimov charged the regional Governor and heads of big companies to increase the rate of Kazakh specialists in the companies with foreign equity participation.
