PM charged First Vice PM to familiarize with situation on border with Kyrgyzstan

ASTANA. April 12. KAZINFORM /Damir Baimanov/ Kazakhstan Prime Minister Karim Massimov has charged First Vice Prime Minister Umirzak Shukeyev to go to Zhambyl oblast for familiarization with the situation on the border with Kyrgyzstan.
K.Massimov said it at the Government's telephone conference on Monday, April 12.
"Mr. U.Shukeyev, you should go to Zhambyl oblast and solve the issues connected with border protection. And we should accelerate all projects we have started before the Kyrgyz riots, especially in the financing sphere", the Premier urged.
Zhambyl oblast Governor Kanat Bozumbayev, in his turn, noted that the situation on the border is stable.
