PM charged Agency for Competition Protection to solve issue on aviation kerosene

ASTANA. January 15. KAZINFORM /Zauresh Balkenova/ Kazakh Prime Minister Karim Massimov has charged the Kazakh Agency for Competition Protection to investigate the issue of pricing in the market of aviation fuel; Kazinform reports.

?I have given an instruction to the Agency for Competition Protection to make an investigation and report me?, Karim Massimov said at the Collegium of the Kazakh Ministry of Transport and Communications.
The Premier charged ?National Company ?KazMunaiGaz? JSC (KMG) and the Kazakh Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources to provide a clear plan for the development of three oil refineries operating in Kazakhstan.
?All three oil refineries are under the control of ?KazMunaiGaz? acting on behalf of the Government. Therefore we should have a clear plan on how to further develop these refineries. It is a task of KMG and the Ministry of Energy. I would like to hear the answer to this question at the corresponding collegium?, The Prime Minister noted.
