PM, Canadian Senator meet in Ukimet Uiy

The sides discussed the state and prospects of expanding the economic interaction between Kazakhstan and Canada. They exchanged opinions on the influence of the global economic processes on Kazakhstan and Canada and discussed the measures taken in this connection. The parties noted similarity of the conditions which influence the social and economic development of the two countries. At the meeting the Senator emphasized that position of Canada in regard to Kazakhstan was close within the OSCE framework. Consiglio Di Nino thinks that cooperation of the two countries can successfully develop in the bilateral format and under the auspices of international organizations. In conclusion both sides expressed confidence of successful development of the Kazakh-Canadian relations.
