KOSTANAY. October 2. KAZINFORM - Officers of Internal Affairs Department of Kostanay region on combating organized crime in the framework of "Illegal" operation has found evidence of minor involvement in prostitution and pimping.
A 27-year-old citixen of Mendykara region and his 18-year-old girlfriend were arrested for forcing two girls, one of whom was a minor, to engage in prostitution. The victims were kept in a house, they were occasionally beaten and threatened with death. Tthe police officers seized an air gun, cell phones, notebook with lists of clients at the apartment of suspected. At the time of arrest one of the girls had been severely beaten.
Two criminal cases are opened.
