People's Assembly brings under one roof all Kazakhstanis: Nazarbayev

ASTANA. April 24. KAZINFORM Head of State Nursultan Nazarbayev is taking part in the XX session of the People's Assembly of Kazakhstan which is on in Astana, Akorda press service informs via its Twitter account.
"Today we can confidently say that Assembly represents the nation of Kazakhstan. It unites all 17 million citizens of the republic!", stressed President Nazarbayev.
"Economic situation in the world affects the ethno-cultural aspect on the whole, and we are trying to keep our finger on the pulse. I am confident that trends of unity and diversity, supported by a clear state strategy and good will, complement each other. In the new conditions the People's Assembly of Kazakhstan should become a genuine nationwide civil institute.
"I will underline once again that the mission of the Assembly in the 21st century will only expand! It will bring under one roof all people of Kazakhstan!" Nursultan Nazarbayev stressed.
