Pedophiles should be administered toughest measures - Senator Altynbaev

ASTANA. June 20. KAZINFORM - Senator Mukhtar Altynbaev believes that pedophiles should be obliterated. This opinion has been voiced by the deputy in an interview with reporters after the plenary session of the Senate. "Our country has decided not to impose the death penalty. But I think the strict measures should be taken, up to chemical castration. It is necessary to apply the most stringent measures. In general, my opinion is that these people should be exterminated ", said M. Altynbaev.
During the plenary session of the Senate M.Altynbaev read his request to the Prime Minister Serik Akhmetov, in which he proposed to develop amendments to the legislation to toughen the punishment for such crimes.
In this case, the senator recalled that Kazakhstan recorded more than a hundred of sexual offenses against minors during e year.
