Peace Mission-2010 exercise important for all SCO member states - Major General M. Dyussekeyev

ALMATY. September 13. KAZINFORM /Daniyar Sikhimbayev/ This exercise is a very important event for all SCO member states, says Major General Mukan Dyussekeyev, Deputy Chairman of the Committee of Chiefs of Staff of the Kazakhstan Defense Ministry.
During the opening of the anti-terror exercise Peace Mission-2010 he noted that terrorism became the main threat to the mankind.
"The SCO was established to strengthen security in our region. The fight against terrorism has become the main direction of its activity. Representatives of the organization have a mission through joint efforts to ensure peace and security in our region and the whole world", he added.
