Pavlodar exhibitions devoted to 20th anniversary of independence opened in Astana

TANA-PAVLODAR. October 25. KAZINFORM /Vera Livintsova/ Photodocumentary and art exhibitions have been opened today in the Presidential Culture Center within the Days of Pavlodar region in Astana; the governor's press service reports.
280 film-, photo- and phonodocuments of the country from the funds of the State Archive of Pavlodar region, Archive of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan and National Archive are presented at the exposition.
The stands demonstrate socio-economic, cultural and public-political development of Pavlodar region over 20 years of Kazakhstan's independence. It is shots of new industrial enterprises, modern schools, hospitals and cultural facilities.
70 works of well-known Pavlodar artists - Kazhibek Baimuldin, Alexander Bibin, Alexander Gulin, Galym Karzhassov, Pavel Lysenko, Osserbay Shuranov, Viktor Polikarpov, Yevgeny Fridlin and others - are represented at the art exhibition.
