Patriarch of Moscow and All Russia holds Divine Liturgy in Svyato-Voznesensky Cathedral - Almaty

ALMATY. January 18. KAZINFORM /Yelena Ilyinskaya/ Patriarch of Moscow and All Russia Kirill is holding Divine Liturgy in the Svyato-Voznesensky Cathedral with participation of thousands of believers in Almaty today.
There are many Orthodox Christians in Almaty and they looked forward for Patriarch Kirill's visit with hope. Many people say that spiritual renewal depends on it. "We hope that the Patriarch's visit will renew spirit of the nation, remind of high Christian values", they said.
According to Metropolitan of Astana and Almaty Methodius, the visit became a great honor and holiday for all nation.
