Astana. December 31. KAZINFORM - The weather of the holiday, December 31, is to be changeable, but without precipitation. And the first day of the new year 2014 is to be cloudy with occasional snow and blizzard. This information was given to astana.kz by the RHE "Kazgidromet".

On January 1 it will be cloudy, occasional snow and blizzard. The wind will be south-west, 9-14 m/s with gusts reaching 18 m/s. Temperature at night will be -10 -12°C, and in the daytime -5 -7", - promise forecasters.
