Parliamentarians of Kazakhstan will take part in TurkPA Board session

ASTANA. June 7. KAZINFORM - Parliamentary delegation headed by Chairman of the Majilis Nurlan Nigmatulin June 10-12 will take part in a meeting of the Board of the Parliamentary Assembly of Turkic-speaking countries (TurkPA) in Ankara, the press service of the Majilis reports.
The parliamentary union of Turkic-speaking countries, which was created at the initiative of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev, includes Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Turkey.
And this year it will be 5 years from the date of signing the agreement on establishment of the Istanbul TURKPA.
The agenda of the meeting is expected to be intense, that is to discuss further cooperation between parliamentarians of Turkic-speaking countries, as well as identifying future directions of the Assembly in the coming years.
Following the TURKPA meeting the Ankara declaration is scheduled to be signed.
