Parking garage collapses in Moscow, trapping 3 people

MOSCOW. September 4. KAZINFORM At least three people are trapped under the rubble of a multi-story car park that collapsed in central Moscow on Thursday morning, a police source said.
He said one man has been rescued. There were no reports whether he was hurt.
Moscow police spokesman Yevgeny Bobylev said rescue and fire-fighting teams and ambulances were at the scene near the Garden Ring in southern Moscow. The car park is located on Kozhevnicheskaya Street, which has been closed to traffic.
Police are looking into possible causes for the accident, he said, RIA Novosti reports.
